The ASNU "Battleship" system has been designed as a "bolt on and take off" system that does not need modification to any of the original parts and is capable to cope with engine outputs up to 2300HP in its standard format. With additional "Ultra" systems that when available will be able to take it up to 4500HP. For the ease of understanding and to aid development should you require it, we have listed the progression in "Stages".
Stage 1 - 900 HP : Working in its Stage 1 format - the system utilises the factory fuel lines , rails and regulators wiring and ECU control. Working in this format it is able to support up to 900 HP on E85 and 1050HP on E20 fuels. This utalisation of factory lines , rail, allows a cost saving vs those systems requiring replumbing and rewiring in conjuction with new rails and regulator.
Stage 2 - 1400HP: The system now working in conjuction with the forthcoming ASNU R35 GTR Fuel Rails, fitted with an integral pressure and temperature sensor system and planned to be working in conjuction with the ECUTEK Fuel Pump Control software, will allow up to 1400HP, whilst still using the factory plumbing and wiring.
Stage 3 - 2300HP : Fitted in conjuction with the upcoming ASNU Bi pressure regulator system and supporting up to 5 bar of boost on top of 5 bar static pressure, Stage 3 will require replacement of the factory fuel lines with the ASNU supplied fuel line and wiring harness kit. All parts installed will allow the original parts to be re-fitted if the system should be removed for installing on another vehicle for example.
Stage 4 - 2300 to 4500HP >: the "Ultra" system utalises an additional single or pair of pumps with additonal wiring ,fittings and -12 AN/- 16AN fuel lines to supply up to 1500LH @ 8bar drawing 70 amps this should support up to 4500HP.
All of these upgrades will work excellent with the ASNU 1650cc injectors.
