HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We subsidise the cost of postage in order to offer products at highly competitive prices. By default we offer a tracked courier delivery (if ordered before 2:30pm & subject to terms & conditions) for all orders under £100.00. (Unless otherwise specified). For orders over £100 delivery is FREE of charge.
The only time we may ask for an additional delivery contribution will be down purely to your location. (i.e. you live in the Highlands or Islands if the products weighs more than Royal Mail will allow an an alternative courier will have to be used).
With regards delivery 'times', please call for upto date delivery times as occasionally item are drop-shipped directly from suppliers. With regards custom products, delivery times will take longer.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM OUT WHEN THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED?
If you are out when the items are due to be delivered then the courier will issue you a calling card card so you can either collect the items from the depot (or with our couriers, book an alternative delivery day).
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECIEVE A PRODUCT THAT IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
In this scenario we would ask you to contact us within 24 hours so we can discuss the sending of a replacement item to you as quickly as possible. Human error is always a factor with sending items so we ask for you understanding in this scenario. - If we can find the packer responsible for the mistake then we'll get them on the job washing a few GT-R's. That is our promise to you.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 - 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
